Co-directed Big Design Latin America with Big Design Events (USA), UDT (University of Dallas, Texas), and the UXPA international (User experience professionals association). My partner was Kevin Schumacher, UX lead at the Walt Disney company.

Rebranded Big Design Internationally.
Established partnerships and sponsorships with The Walt Disney Company, Microsoft, IBM, Adobe, Behance, O´Reilly´s and Sabre Corporation.
Developed and delivered Big Design education program in partnership with sponsors and the UXPA, UTD (Univ. Dallas Texas), SMU, (Southern Methodist Univ.).
Coached dozens of start-ups to reach their next level of funding and attract suitable mentoring and growth programs.
Collaborations with international VCs and national entrepreneurs, agencies, universities, hubs and incubators created the perfect environment for international cooperation and investment.
Built a team of managers to manage sales, digital infrastructure, content and marketing, ticketing, payment and entrance systems, accounting and legal, supplier management, VIP journey, bilingual production with live translation and personnel.
Trended No 1 nationally for 6 hours and made 350K Twitter Impressions at the first conference. (In a non-industrialised country of 14M people).
